Amad is into the final year of his current Manchester United contract but is set to be offered a lucrative new deal before the end of the season, according to The Sun. The Red Devils are planning an offer that will run for five years and see Amad's wages at Old Trafford rise from £29,000-a-week to £90,000.

Amad has remained at United this season, after loan spells with Rangers and Sunderland, and proved to be the match-winner last time out by scoring both goals in a 2-0 Europa League win over PAOK. Interim boss Ruud van Nistelrooy praised the forward for his performance after the game, while Amad admitted post-match that he wants to stay at the Premier League side "for a long, long, long time to make history with this club."
